The planning process

Led by the Victorian Planning Authority.

Rockbank South sits within the City of Melton's greenfields growth corridor. The Victorian Planning Authority is preparing the Precinct Structure Plan (PSP 1081) that will set out the town centre, schools, roads, parklands and dwelling capacity.

This is the next stage of the proven Rockbank / Aintree corridor — station-side land immediately south of Woodlea.
